FAQ
The photos need to be a reasonable resolution (phone photos are usially great; if given the option, choose 'Large' or 'Actual Size' when attaching your photo). Photos should have decent contrast around the features if possible. Blonde and lighter shades of hair work better but darker hair also looks great if it has some highlights in it, but not critical.
Lighting the image slightly from the side should create enough shadow around the nose and eyes to give the face some shape, and if possible shooting agains a plain background without shadows on is an advantage if the hair is darker.

Each artwork comes with a hanging guide, a screw, a dual use wall plug and a masonry drill bit.
Use the double sided tape on the rear of the hanging guid to choose your position then drill through the marked cross. Leave the guide in place.
If you are hanging on a wooden wall or a vertical stud in a partition wall, you can screw directly into the wood/stud.
If you are hanging on plasterboard on a partition wall, drill the 8mm hole and insert the plug, it will then expand to secure the screw to the back of the plasterboard.
If you are hanging the artwork on a brick or masonry wall, use the 8mm drill bit to drill a hole deep enough for the wall plug, push the plug in then hang the artwork.
Use the hanging guide to help you align the artwork. Once the artwork is in place, you can pivot it left and right and tear off the top edges of the hanging guide where the tape is, then gently pull the hanging guide down.
As with any artwork, whilst it is sealed with matt varnish, it is preferable to not hang in a humid room, such as a bathroom or very close to a stove top or kettle.
From Approval of the colour proof we need 3 working days to produce the finished product, so total turn around is between 4 and 6 working days between the initial order and you receiving the artwork ready to hang.
We use Evri Next Day delivery - It will initially be booked to deliver to your shipping address, once you receive the despatch confirmation email from us, you can click the tracking number and reroute the delivery to a parcel shop near you to pick up at your convenience.
For the first square, we will match the colours as closely as possible to the colours in your photos. If there is a particular eye colour you want, please advise when you send the photos through. When we send you the proof you decide whether you want Soft Pop colours or Hard Pop colours.

The skin stays skin tone in all images:

The skin is skin tone in the first image, then the skin and eyes change colour in the remaining images:
